AWT is a cleaning services company for homes. We offer final cleanings of new homes and cleaning services for model homes.
Our Services
We regularly perform Move-In Cleans, Inventory Cleans, Final Cleans, Re-Cleans & Spiff Cleans to remove the dirt, dust and debris from the house and make it sparkle for its opening. In addition, our experienced Cleaning Supervisors regularly inspect all work and keep you informed of the progress.
Model Home Maintenance
Our cleaning team, who have extensive training and experience (some up to 20 years with us!) – will detail your model home and make it sparkle for the model opening.
Model Home Installation Cleans
Choose a package that works for you from inventory clean and re-clean to final clean and spiff cleans, we will work with your needs to make your model homes show and move-in ready.
